Borehole Pump and controller Installation

This includes – LABOUR ONLY: - Lowering of new AC/DC borehole pump into borehole to correct depth - Connection of drop pipe/poly pipe from pump to borehole head - Connection of safety drop rope to pump and borehole head - Electrical connection of submersible pump cable to pump - Splicing and waterproofing of pump cable joints - Running of pump cable from borehole to controller position - Electrical connection of new controller to existing power supply (AC or solar DC) - Connection of pump cable to controller - Installation and wiring of float switch (if available) - Installation of plumbing fittings at borehole head/manifold - Running of delivery pipe from borehole head up to 10 metres above ground - Testing of pump flow rate and pressure after installation (if solar panels are available) - Commissioning of system and handover EXCLUDED: - Water drilling, casings (plastic or steel) - Installation of solar panels – solar panels are charged separately - Welding work of solar panel structure - Trenching beyond 10 metres from borehole head - Plumbing from 10m point to water storage tanks
