Charging / Boosting Battery

*BATTERY BOOSTING / CHARGING - TERMS, LIABILITY AND PAYMENT AGREEMENT* 1. *Condition of Battery:* The Client confirms the battery was brought in already drained, faulty, dead, or not holding charge. 2. *Risk Accepted:* The Client understands that boosting / charging is risky. It can cause explosion, acid leakage, fire, swelling, overheating, or permanent battery death. The Client accepts this risk. 3. *PAYMENT BEFORE SERVICE:* The service fee of *R550 (VAT Inclusive)* must be paid *UPFRONT, IN FULL, BEFORE any attempt is made* to boost / charge the battery. No battery will be connected to the machine until payment is received. They pay, then we boost. 4. *R550 VAT INCLUSIVE - NON-REFUNDABLE:* The R550 VAT Inclusive fee is for labour, time, machine usage and electricity, *NOT FOR A GUARANTEED RESULT*. It is non-refundable. 5. *No Guarantee on Charge Level:* The R550 VAT Inclusive fee is payable irrespective of the final charge level attained (e.g. 1%, 30%, 50% or 100% full), as this is determined solely by the battery's internal condition. No discount or refund will be issued if it charges partially or fails to recover. 6. *Machine Damage & Explosion Risk:* The Client acknowledges that faulty batteries brought for boosting have previously *exploded, burnt and damaged our expensive boosting / charging machine.* Such damage is not covered by any supplier or insurance. The R550 VAT Inclusive upfront fee partly covers this risk and equipment usage. 7. *Liability for Equipment Damage:* If the Client's battery explodes or causes any damage to our boosting / charging machine or premises due to a known or hidden fault, the Client will be held liable for such damage. 8. *Indemnity:* The Client indemnifies and holds harmless [YOUR COMPANY NAME], its directors, employees and technicians against any loss, damage, injury, or claim of any nature arising from this process. If the battery does not come to life, it is not our problem.
